Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating any reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or — if the item is provided to you before expiry of the deadline — by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this notice in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (for recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations according to article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the item is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received services are to be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may have to provide compensation for value. In the case of provision of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection — as would have been possible for you in a shop. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items capable of parcel shipping are to be returned at our risk. You bear the cost of return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed €40, or if at a higher price you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with its receipt.
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
