§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all subscription contracts and other deliveries between Sternefeld Medien GmbH (“Publisher”) and its customers (“Subscribers”).

§ 2 Subscription and Conclusion of Contract

Subscriptions are concluded upon receipt and written confirmation of the order by the Publisher. Newsletter subscriptions are concluded by completing the double opt-in process.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

The currently valid prices apply, as published on this website. Newsletter subscriptions are free of charge. Payment terms for paid subscriptions are stated at the time of order confirmation.

§ 4 Term and Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, paid subscriptions run for a minimum term as stated at order time and renew automatically unless cancelled. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe page or via the link in any newsletter email.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. See the separate cancellation policy for details.

§ 6 Liability

The Publisher’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for damage to life, body or health and except as required by mandatory statutory provisions.

§ 7 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for business customers is Düsseldorf, Germany.
